Produced to the same standards of excellence as the limited editions of John Sexton’s three previous books, Quiet Light, Listen to the Trees, and Places of Power, the Deluxe Limited Edition of Recollections is issued in an edition of 500 copies, along with 40 Artist’s Proof sets reserved for the photographer’s personal use.

The specially bound book is tastefully presented in a custom clamshell box, hand-crafted by Roswell Bookbinding. The elegant, understated design of the entire ensemble provides a perfect complement to the vibrant photographic reproductions. Each Deluxe Limited Edition book is signed by John Sexton and numbered in calligraphy.

One original photograph, selected from the four images shown on this page, accompanies each Deluxe Limited Edition book. Each photograph is hand printed by John Sexton in a limited edition of 125 to the same exacting standards that have earned him worldwide distinction as a master printmaker. The original selenium toned silver gelatin prints are approximately 11 x 14 inches in size, archivally mounted on 16 x 20 inch museum board, with an overmat and special presentation sheet. Each print is signed and numbered by the photographer. None of the four images will be offered for sale again in any size.
