Brett Abbott, author and editor, with contributions by Barbara Bullock-Wilson and Maria L. Kelly.
208 pages. University of Texas Press, 2014
This 2014 monograph was published jointly by the High Museum of Art and the University of Texas Press to accompany the Museum's landmark exhibition of the same title. Both the exhibition and book are the most comprehensive and meaningful presentations of Wynn's creative journey we have seen. In addition to a ground-breaking essay by exhibition curator Brett Abbott, there are 110 stunning black-and-white and color reproductions, including some from the Bullock estate that have never been published before. The 208-page, hardbound volume also contains an illustrated chronology and extensive bibliography as well as sections on collections, exhibitions, plate information, and notes.
Every copy is signed by Wynn's daughter and book contributor Barbara Bullock-Wilson.
